  1. RT-PCR was performed on cDNA derived from heat-shocked wild-type embryos and heat-shocked hs-lab embryos. Fold changes determined by RT-PCR are represented as the mean values of eight independent replicates, derived from two different cDNA preparations. Avg Diff, absolute average difference value (see Materials and methods).
