The model frequency cutoffs for SNP BayesB and eRD-GWAS are 0.01 and 0.02, respectively (“Methods”). Overlapping associated SNPs in the upper two panels are indicated by dashed lines. Note not all overlapping SNPs can be distinguished in this plot. Gene IDs of some trait associated genes (“Methods”) are indicated
