The dimerisation domain (grey) is not involved in interaction with Rap1B. The region of atrophy of rat RapGAP domain mapped onto the reference structure is shown in orange (residues 301-414). The atrophied catalytic domain (blue) retains residues involved in catalysis or protein-interaction (grey sticks).
