ADMIXTURE analysis (K = 2 to 8) for ancestry estimation of the Ashkenazi Jewish (AJ) and three neighboring populations. Three neighboring populations - Europeans (EU), Middle Easterners (ME), and Central/South Asians (CSA) - were derived from the HGDP. Each individual is represented by a thin vertical line, which is partitioned into K colored segments that represent the individual's estimated membership fractions in K clusters. Black lines separate major population groups based on geography. Geographical population groups and their respective N's are labeled below the figure.
