Genes that control development are enriched in highly bound regions. The five most enriched Gene Ontology terms [68] in the 1% FDR bound regions for each factor were identified (enrichment measured by a hyper geometric test). The significance of the enrichment (-log(P-value)) of these five terms in non-overlapping cohorts of 200 peaks are shown down to the rank list as far as the 25% FDR cutoff. The most highly bound regions are to the left along the x-axis and the location of 1% FDR threshold is indicated by a black, vertical dotted line.
