  1. *Invasion assays were carried out on total epithelial cell populations before fractionation according to [4]. Positive controls for invasive capacity were cell lines MCF7 and PC3M whose invasion score was 18-36%, whereas normal cell lines PNT2 and PNT1a and BPH/primary normal prostate invasion scores ranged from 3-6%. Patient 704 was being treated (hormone refractory (HR)) by androgen blockade therapy.
