T cell activation assay. Autologous T cells were cultured in the presence of mDCs, moDCs or KG-1 cells in a 1:10 DC:T cell ratio for 3 days, followed by an 18 h pulse with [3H]thymidine. Thymidine incorporation was measured in a scintillation counter. Data represent the average of quadruplicate experiments.
