The first two rows show sensitivity and specificity for all exons when a prediction is counted as correct if it overlaps an exon in the evaluation set by at least 1 bp. The remaining rows show sensitivity and specificity for the exact prediction of the four different exon types: initial, internal, and terminal exons in multi-exon genes, and exons that contain a gene's full coding region.
