  1. The proteins have been divided into party hubs, date hubs and non-hub proteins. The table shows the fraction of proteins in each group that has orthologs in other eukaryotes (Euk ortho), how many of these have orthologs in all seven eukaryotes (All species) and the fraction with orthologs in prokaryotes (Prok ortho), according to KOG [19] and COG [50].
