The exponential decay functions fitted by the least-square method into the corresponding autocorrelation functions. The graphs of fitted functions are shown. The goodness of fit was determined by the chi-squared method. Prob f (χ2 ≥ χ20) for the ACF functions corresponding to transcriptional series obtained for 0, 10 and 30 min treatment with drug, and for a gyrase mutant were all above 95%.
